I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years now and I absolutely love it! But over the past year I’ve added some extra ab work after the WOD and have noticed a huge difference. I’ve noticed a difference in the way I look, feel and how I preform in my regular workouts.
I’ve created some routines with a mixture of my own movements along with some from other fitness bloggers, Ab Ripper X, etc. I pick four movements and do them 3-4 days a week after my workouts.
