Makes: 7-8 kabobs – fed 4 people generously
Total Time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
Kabobs:
- 1 lb of chicken
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 pineapple
- 1 red onion
- salt and pepper
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
What to do:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (you can also do this in your oven at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, rotating your kabobs halfway through)
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside
- Dice your chicken and veggies into kabob size pieces and build your kabobs
- Use a brush to coat your kabobs with the sauce completely
- Grill your kabobs for about 7-10 minutes then rotate them and grill for another 7 minutes
