Makes: 12 cups
Total Time: 20-25 minutes (5-10 minutes to prep; at least 15 minutes in freezer)
Ingredients:
- Half a bag of either semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
- 3 TBS Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1 TBS coconut oil
What to do:
- Melt all of the ingredients in a small pot over low heat – you don’t want to burn the chocolate
- Pour into a mini muffin pan; I use this one because it’s easier to get them out
- Place in freezer for at least 15 minutes and enjoy!
