PB&J Dippers

Makes: 25 dippers
Total Time: 45-55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices of whole wheat or gluten free bread
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 2-3 TBS olive oil
  • your favorite granola or sunflower seeds or peanuts roughly chopped up
  • 2-3 TBS of my Strawberry Jam

What to do:

  • Preheat your over to 250 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Cut your crust off your bread slices and slice them into 5 pieces
  • Place the bread on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
  • Remove the bread from the oven and set aside
  • In a small pot mix the sunflower seed butter and 1 TBS of olive oil and stir well over low heat
  • Pour out your granola or seeds onto a flat plate and set next to your stove top
  • Use tongs to dip the bread pieces in the butter mixture and coat evenly
  • Use the tongs to transfer the bread to the plate and coat it with your granola/seeds and set onto a serving dish
  • Place a few tablespoons of my Strawberry Jam into a small bowl and place in the middle of the serving bowl and enjoy!
