Makes: 25 dippers
Total Time: 45-55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 slices of whole wheat or gluten free bread
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 2-3 TBS olive oil
- your favorite granola or sunflower seeds or peanuts roughly chopped up
- 2-3 TBS of my Strawberry Jam
What to do:
- Preheat your over to 250 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut your crust off your bread slices and slice them into 5 pieces
- Place the bread on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove the bread from the oven and set aside
- In a small pot mix the sunflower seed butter and 1 TBS of olive oil and stir well over low heat
- Pour out your granola or seeds onto a flat plate and set next to your stove top
- Use tongs to dip the bread pieces in the butter mixture and coat evenly
- Use the tongs to transfer the bread to the plate and coat it with your granola/seeds and set onto a serving dish
- Place a few tablespoons of my Strawberry Jam into a small bowl and place in the middle of the serving bowl and enjoy!
