Dairy Free Chocolate Fro-Yo

Makes: 2 large servings

Total Time: 3 minutes to make – freezes over night

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 TBS of organic raw honey
  • 1 container of Silk Chocolate Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop of Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel Chocolate Coconut or 1 scoop of protein powder

What to do:

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a air tight container (I use a either a small square Pyrex dish with a lid or a Ziploc brand square Tupperware)
  • Freeze overnight and enjoy!
  • I’ve eaten it up to 3 weeks later and it’s still delicious!
