Makes: Enough for a party 🙂
Total Time: 30-40 minutes *longer if you do your chicken in the slow cooker
Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken breasts grilled and shredded
- Or cooked in a slow cooker with chicken broth on high for 4 hours and shredded
- Or just shred up a rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup avocado oil mayo
- 1/2 TBS spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
What to do:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degree
- Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat
- Add diced onions and saute until softened
- Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
- Remove from heat and set aside
- Shred your chicken in a large mixing bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Serve with some sturdy chips, pretzels, or veggies and enjoy!
