Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes: Enough for a party 🙂

Total Time: 30-40 minutes *longer if you do your chicken in the slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 chicken breasts grilled and shredded
    • Or cooked in a slow cooker with chicken broth on high for 4 hours and shredded
    • Or just shred up a rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 1/2 TBS spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • Splash of fresh lemon juice

What to do:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degree
  • Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add diced onions and saute until softened
  • Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
  • Remove from heat and set aside
  • Shred your chicken in a large mixing bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Serve with some sturdy chips, pretzels, or veggies and enjoy!
