These potatoes are a staple in our house! They are so easy and super delicious! Pair them with my Lemon Rosemary Chicken for two recipes including rosemary with two totally different tastes! I’m sure they would be good with other types of potatoes too if you can’t find the baby white potatoes.
Makes: 4-6 servings
Total Time: 40-50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb baby white potatoes quartered
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 3 large rosemary sprigs or 4 smaller sprigs
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 475
- Cut up your potatoes
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl besides the rosemary sprigs
- Pour into a 9 x 9 baking dish and top with the rosemary sprigs
- Bake for 30-40 min
