Pumpkin Spice Latte

Total Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 TBS of pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides *optional

What to do:

  • Heat all of the ingredients in a large pot over medium heat until foamy (about 5-10 minutes)
  • Enjoy!
