Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of silk vanilla yogurt
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Splash of vanilla
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 TBS vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 TBS collagen peptides
What to do:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Enjoy!
*Note – Use a full size blender and not the cup like I did in the picture – I made a freaking mess!
