Pumpkin Protein Shake

Makes: 2 servings

Total Time:  5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of silk vanilla yogurt
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 TBS vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 TBS collagen peptides

What to do:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
  • Enjoy!

*Note – Use a full size blender and not the cup like I did in the picture – I made a freaking mess!
