Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 TBS Sriracha
- 5 TBS Coconut Aminos
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 4 TBS raw organic honey
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Sesame GF Noodles:
- 1 box of gluten free linguine or your favorite type of pasta
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- Optional: top with toasted sesame seeds
What to do:
- Boil water and add noodles and cook based on directions from box
- Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and season your chicken with sea salt and pepper
- Cook chicken over medium high heat until white all the way through
- In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the Chicken ingredients
- Once chicken is cooked throughout add sauce to pan and simmer on low
- While chicken is simmering, rinse out your mixing bow used for the chicken sauce and dry it off well
- In that mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients for the Sesame noodles
- Once pasta is done, drain the water out using a strainer and pour the noodles back into the pot
- Add the sauce and stir over low heat until warm
- Serve your noodles either in a bowl or a place and top with the chicken and enjoy!
