Ingredients:
- 2 salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 TBS pure maple syrup
- 1 TBS coconut aminos
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
What to do:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet or glass dish with parchment paper; place your salmon filets on top
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over your salmon
- you can leave a little to drizzle of the finished salmon if you’d like
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until salmon is done and flakes off with a fork
- Enjoy this dish with my delicious broccoli salad!
