Sweet & Spicy Salmon


Makes: 2 servings

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 TBS pure maple syrup
  • 1 TBS coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

What to do:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet or glass dish with parchment paper; place your salmon filets on top
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over your salmon
    • you can leave a little to drizzle of the finished salmon if you’d like
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes until salmon is done and flakes off with a fork
  • Enjoy this dish with my delicious broccoli salad!
