Makes: 4 servings
Total Time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 garlic clove mashed
- 1 TBS rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp sea salt
- Juice of 1 lemon (save the lemon halves)
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 pack of button mushrooms
What to do:

Preheat oven to 450

Crush your garlic clove and top with rosemary leaves, red pepper flakes, and 2 tsp of sea salt and mince until very fine; pour into small mixing bowl

Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix

Add chicken breasts to bowl and mix to coat the chicken

Heat a large skillet (or cast iron skillet) over medium high heat and add chicken upside down

Cover and cook for 5 minutes

Flip the chicken over and add mushrooms

Top with the lemon halves and rosemary sprigs

Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes*Make sure you DO NOT touch the skillet with your bare hands!
