Makes: 2 servings (2 pieces of toast per 1 serving)
Total Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
- 1 small tomato, seeded and finely diced
- 1 TBS fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- small pinch of chili powder
- Your favorite slices of bread (we use either gluten free bread or whole wheat bread)
What to do:
- Cut avocados in half and remove pit
- Scoop out avocado into a medium bowl, add lime juice and mash up leaving some chunks
- Add the spices and stir up avocado mixture
- Add the onions and tomatoes and cilantro and mix well
- Toast up your bread until desired toastiness
- Spread guac over toast and serve with some fresh fruit
- Enjoy!
