This site is a way for me to share my recipe box with you guys! Here you’ll find some delicious and healthy recipes that are based on the Paleo diet but are NOT strictly Paleo. I believe you need more carbs and starchy vegetables when you do high-intensity work outs. I also try to stay as dairy free, wheat free and gluten free as possible.
