Easy Garlic Broccoli

Makes: 2 servings

Total Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 TBS avocado oil
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

What to do:

  • Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees
  • Remove your broccoli from the stems and cut up into bite size pieces
  • Mince your garlic cloves
  • Spray your sheet pan with cooking oil or line it with some parchment paper
  • Mix all of your ingredients together in a mixing bowl and spread out on your prepared sheet pan
  • Cook broccoli for 10 to 15 minutes until broccoli is beginning to brown and enjoy!
