Makes: 8 pops
Total Time: 5 minutes + overnight freezing time
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can of full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of Enjoy Life Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops of Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel, Chocolate Coconut
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- cacao nibs
- Popsicle molds
What to do:
- Whisk together the coconut milk and chocolate chips in a medium pot over medium heat
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the rest of the ingredients except the cacao nibs and mix well
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or measuring cup that has a spout and carefully pour the mix into your popsicle molds
- Top your pops with the cacao nibs, place the lid on top and insert your popsicle sticks
- Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!
