Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Makes: 2 servings

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 2-4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2-4 slices of lemon + some lemon juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • aluminum foil

What to do:

  • Heat your grill to low heat (or you can pre heat your oven to 350 and bake the fish)
  • Place your fish on a strip of aluminum foil and season with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt and pepper
  • Place 1-2 lemon slices on each piece of fish and top with 1-2 sprigs of rosemary (depending on the size of the fish)
  • Wrap the foil up and grill for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on how big the fillets are)
  • Serve with one of my tasty side dishes
