Makes: 2 servings
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 2-4 sprigs of rosemary
- 2-4 slices of lemon + some lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- aluminum foil
What to do:
- Heat your grill to low heat (or you can pre heat your oven to 350 and bake the fish)
- Place your fish on a strip of aluminum foil and season with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt and pepper
- Place 1-2 lemon slices on each piece of fish and top with 1-2 sprigs of rosemary (depending on the size of the fish)
- Wrap the foil up and grill for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on how big the fillets are)
- Serve with one of my tasty side dishes
