Coconut Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Makes: 4-6 servings

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

What to do:

  • Heat coconut milk and maple syrup in a large skillet over medium high heat until it starts to boil then immediately turn it to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • After 15 minutes, stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves and mix well
  • Use immediately with hot coffee or cool in fridge for an iced coffee
  • Store in a sealed jar in refrigerator for up to two weeks
