Makes: 4-6 servings
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
What to do:
- Heat coconut milk and maple syrup in a large skillet over medium high heat until it starts to boil then immediately turn it to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- After 15 minutes, stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves and mix well
- Use immediately with hot coffee or cool in fridge for an iced coffee
- Store in a sealed jar in refrigerator for up to two weeks
