Total Time: 20 – 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
What to do:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Trim and halve your brussels and mince your garlic
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Add your brussels to the skillet faced down and let them cook for 10 minutes without disturbing them
- Mix up your brussels and stir in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until desired crispiness
- Enjoy!
