Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Makes: 2 servings

Total Time: 20 – 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

What to do:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • Trim and halve your brussels and mince your garlic
  • Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat
  • Add your brussels to the skillet faced down and let them cook for 10 minutes without disturbing them
  • Mix up your brussels and stir in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until desired crispiness
  • Enjoy!
