Makes: 3-4 cups
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- 1 TBS maple syrup or raw honey (you can add more if you like it more sweet)
- 1.5 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more to top off your cup)
- pinch of black pepper
What to do:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a large pot over medium heat until just before it starts to boil
- Serve warm with some cinnamon sprinkled on top and enjoy!
