Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 avocado (frozen or fresh)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1.5 tsp raw honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides or protein powder (optional)
What to do:
- Blend all of your ingredients until smooth (add more milk if you want a smoother smoothie) and enjoy!
