Tropical Green Smoothie

Makes: 1 serving

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 avocado (frozen or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1.5 tsp raw honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides or protein powder (optional)

What to do:

  • Blend all of your ingredients until smooth (add more milk if you want a smoother smoothie) and enjoy!
