Makes: 3-4 servings
Total Time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- generous amount of salt and pepper
What to do:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Wash and dry your potatoes
- Cut slits into your potatoes about 3 mm spaced apart – not all the way to the bottom (see pic below)
- Combine all of your other ingredients in a small mixing bowl and brush it onto your potatoes making sure to get it in the slits you created in the last step
- Bake for about 45-60 minutes and enjoy
