Grilled Buffalo Wings


Makes: about 20-25 wings

Total Time: 25-30 minutes


Ingredients:

Wings:

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 1 TBS sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:

  • 6 TBS unsalted butter (or ghee)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used Franks Buffalo Sauce)
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBS raw honey

What to do:

  • Heat your grill to a medium heat ~350 degrees
  • Pat your wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl
  • Add your seasonings and mix well
  • Place your wings on the grill close together and grill for 20-25 minutes flipping the wings every 5 minutes
  • While the wings are grilling, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat
  • Once wings are done grilling, place them in a CLEAN bowl and toss them in your sauce
  • Serve with some ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce and enjoy!
