Makes: about 20-25 wings
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients:
Wings:
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 TBS sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce:
- 6 TBS unsalted butter (or ghee)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used Franks Buffalo Sauce)
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS raw honey
What to do:
- Heat your grill to a medium heat ~350 degrees
- Pat your wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl
- Add your seasonings and mix well
- Place your wings on the grill close together and grill for 20-25 minutes flipping the wings every 5 minutes
- While the wings are grilling, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat
- Once wings are done grilling, place them in a CLEAN bowl and toss them in your sauce
- Serve with some ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce and enjoy!
